No, we bring our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment.

The duration depends on the size of your home and the level of cleaning needed. A standard cleaning for a typical home takes 2-4 hours, while deep cleans or first-time visits may take longer. Deep cleans are usually scheduled for 8 hours.

To ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery, we kindly ask that any changes be communicated as soon as possible. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments while respecting the time of our team and other clients.

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling, cancellations, skips, or additions. This policy ensures smooth scheduling and allows us to accommodate all clients efficiently while minimizing disruptions.

Cancellations with less than 48 business hours’ notice (weekends excluded) will be charged in full, with no exceptions.

Deposits made upon accepting a quote are non-refundable once the job is scheduled. However, deposits will be refunded if we are unable to accommodate your initially requested dates.
Permanent service cancellations require a 30-day notice via email. If proper notice is not given, the account will be charged for the remaining 30 days. Clients cannot circumvent this by canceling individual appointments within the notice period—these will still be billed in full.

You will receive a reminder email the day before your appointment.

Arrival times are approximate estimates and may vary due to traffic, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances. While we aim for consistency, exact timing is not guaranteed.

You will receive a text notification when we are en route.

We operate between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

While we try to maintain a regular schedule, your cleaning time may occasionally shift.

If you need a more precise arrival estimate, please call us at (317) 345-0045 after 8:00 AM on the day of service. We will try our best to  provide a one-hour estimated window based on that day’s schedule
 
Some things are out of our control such as last minute cancelations or adjustments made by other clients. This can drastically impact our schedule and can cause your schedue to be adjusted by hours. 

Our commitment is to provide reliable service without overbooking or rescheduling clients. However, minor adjustments may occur based on demand and location. Thank you for your understanding!
