Wow! This team did a fantastic job. They were so polite, professional, and thorough – the little touches they added in were also so kind and appreciated. We definitely plan to continue using this business regularly for annual house cleaning. They really made the house feel like new! – Wanted to update as we’ve had Mop It Like It’s Hot come back again this year for a deep clean and once again, we loved the whole experience. Kind and polite staff, efficient work, and they’re so patient with our overly-curious dog. 🙂

Best cleaning company we have used in Indy. The owner is responsive & takes care of issues in a timely manner. The cleaners are also great & work fast. I love how they vacuum the stairs, the fancy designs on the toilet paper rolls, making the bed is included (I HATE making the bed let alone washing the sheets so this was a plus). I also love their marketing on their vehicles parked in our driveway. If you are looking for a new cleaning company, I would 100% recommend Mop It Like It’s Hot.

WOW! We had Mop It Like It’s Hot do a cleaning today and I am blown away. Our bathrooms look brand new, the carpets are super fluffy, and the kitchen appliances are sparkling. I feel like every room I go into I discover something else they put their magical touch on. The crew of 3 showed up and were very nice and very efficient. We live in a 5 bedroom home and they were in and out in about 2 hours. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Superior service and excellent attention to detail.

After two surgeries in our family, we had to reorganize our whole house to accommodate the recovery. This left our home in needs of a deep clean. I’m so glad we found Mop It Like It’s Hot. They were extremely professional and did a fantastic job cleaning every inch of my house. Their attention to detail was most impressive, next to how they divided and conquered to accomplish each room. I was very impressed with the service and extremely thankful everything they did. It’s been incredibly difficult to actually get the recurring service started. Both dates they were scheduled to arrive, they were more than 2 hours late, which would have taken the cleaning past the 5pm (completion would have been about 6pm) time slot, which is a non starter for me. The deep clean (the first service) was done well. The owner actually called me as I was writing this review to remind me that they repeatedly state in their messages and terms/conditions that arrival times are estimates. He shared that they rarely arrive on time and that no cleaning service does. We’ve never used a service before, so I don’t have info to refute that. I don’t think many families would want to be working around or be in the way of cleaners in the evenings. Why indicate a time window at all? Why not just say “arrival will be at some undetermined time on your service date”?
